Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all products as quickly and safely as possible. We are not liable for products damaged in shipping. All flat rate shipping has 100$ of insurance. If an item arrives damaged please reach out the shipper and inform them. We can not provide replacements due to the nature of DIY creations we will not know if it arrived damaged or was damaged by the user. 

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. 

Things to keep in mind.

  1. Shipment, creation, and assembly are all handled by one person. Please be patient as Dan aims to meet as many needs as possible. 

  2. We charge a flat rate of $7.99 for shipping. Some packages will cost Dan more then that to ship, some may cost less, this is a way to make sure the package is covered by insurance for the end user.

  3.  As of 8/23/24 we only ship in the United States, there may be international shipping. Dan would need to see a high level of interest for that to be put into place. 

Return Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with accessories, and in its original packaging (If applicable).

To start a return, you can contact us at dansusedgoods@gmail.com. Please include your order reference number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping fees are paid to shipping services and can not be refunded. We may also be unable to refund processing fees associated with the order. Please inquire about these costs before the exchange process starts.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
