I will print the dock for you, if you want to make this build yourself. The fee is for power usage and filament cost. There are a few colors I have and I am working on matching more filaments to PSP's so that I can print for any psp shell color. 
 
PSP Cables are not included. This is the parts for the dock and screws to assemble it only.
